Just Kids Speech Therapy is seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive clinic-based pediatric therapy services to patients across Northwest Arkansas. We are eager to find compassionate, dedicated, and skilled therapists to work alongside us in serving our clients and their families.
Positions Currently Available
Occupational Therapist, Part-time (potential full-time) and/or PRN
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: at least 1 year with pediatric population

License: current licensure

Speech-Language Pathologist, Part-time (potential full-time) and/or PRN
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Masters

Experience: at least 1 year with pediatric population

License: current ASHA and Arkansas
Responsibilities:
-
Traveling is required (2-3 daycare centers)
-
Administer evaluations, analyze results of evaluating assessments, and report findings in a timely manner

Formulate plan of care and set long-term and short-term goals for prescription of services for clients

Track and record client progression and mastery of goals; observes and records client’s progress, attitudes, and behaviors, while maintaining confidentiality per HIPPA regulation and ethical standards

Guide and educate family members and caregivers

Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills; facilitate the use of these skills with other team members to achieve desirable outcomes

Maintain CEU requirements as applicable per licensure
